Most private tours last 2.5 - 3 hours with 6 - 8 stops, but we can also build a shorter or longer experience to fit your group’s schedule, food preferences, and budget.

We're able to accommodate all group sizes! As group sizes get larger than 20 guests, the itinerary will become much more customized to your group's needs.

For groups with a smaller budget, we are still able to accommodate a shorter tour with fewer stops, and still deliver a great, no-wait experience at some of the West Village's top spots! No! The beauty of Viral Food Tours is that we avoid the lines for you. At most of our partner stops, we'll check in upon arrival and the team starts preparing our food at that moment to ensure it comes out as fresh as possible. We'll tell you all about the restaurant and what you're about to eat while it's prepared. But you'll never have to wait in a long line!

We take dietary restrictions seriously, and we value being transparent first and foremost.

This tour can comfortably accommodate vegetarians, vegans, or dairy-free restrictions. We can generally accommodate most other restrictions and allergies, with the exception of discouraging gluten-free restrictions or severe nut allergies. However, we've had many guests with milder nut allergies join the tour, and are able to accommodate them as long as they are okay consuming food processed in the same facility as other dishes that include nuts.

For private groups, we'll ask you to provide us a list of all restrictions and allergies before your tour to make sure each restaurant stop can accommodate as best as possible, and will review any concerns with you. We'll also check in with those guests at the beginning of the tour and ask if anyone else has restrictions they haven't shared.
